Is it legal to close someone’s utility accounts?
I was primary on the pg&e account but the only one on my Clovis utilities account. My ex wife closed both my accounts and opened up her own at the same address even though I was the only one living there besides my daughter (18 yrs old). And then she proceeded to turn off the electricity after a couple months.
Is this something that I can sue over?
