MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR: a cleaning/maintenance person as an independent contractor (Contractor) for once per week work to clean 2 upstairs common area restrooms: mopping floors; cleaning of the mirrors, toilets, sinks, urinals, doors, walls, and removal of any graffiti; supply and replace when needed, hand soap, paper towels, air freshener, and toilet paper; and basic maintenance of the Property’s grounds as needed. PAY & REQUIREMENTS: $30 per week, job can probably be done within about an hour; valid social security number, authorized to work in the USA, background checks prior to starting; must speak English and be able to text and email work sheets and reimbursement for supplies; Contractor shall provide your own the tools and equipment (e.g. brushes, mops, sponges, disinfectant, and cleaning solvents); and approved supplies (e.g. hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper) shall be reimbursed to Contractor with copies of receipts.
