We are hiring for all experience levels and trades, as well as expanding our subcontractor list for those with licenses and insurance. We maintain a drug and alcohol free workplace, always push for efficiency and positive results, help our team in the field when necessary, and have rapid advancement opportunities for the right people. Looking for those interested in learning or have experience in: Bathroom Remodels, Kitchen Remodels, Deck Building, Deck Renovation, 3 and 4 season porches, Additions, Windows Install, Siding Install, Roofing Install, Door and millwork Install, Flooring Install, Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Paint, Carpentry, and other. Willing to cross train, and teach new trades. Entry Level Requirements: Pay $15-$17/hr Vehicle Smart Phone Able to lift 75+ pounds No quit attitude Able to show up on time and work 30-40+ hours per week Able to maintain professional appearance and demeanor on jobsites Mid-Level Requirements: Pay $19-$22/hr Entry level requirements 3+ years of experience in construction work Familiar with common construction practices Able to lead by example and follow instructions both written and verbal Crew Lead Requirements: Pay $25-$30/hr Mid-level requirements 5+ years of experience or ability to prove similar competence Tools of your trade and truck/van/trailer Able to teach entry and mid-level team members on the job Daily communication with project managers Sub Requirements: Pay per job, production draws available Licensed and Insured will be checked per job Net 7 pay If interested, send resume, briefly describe yourself, and which level you’d like to be considered for.
