Parking Lot Sweeper: This position is responsible for parking lot sweeping for our commercial customers. We are looking for people with strong communication and teamwork skills, a solid work ethic and attention to detail. Qualifications: • Must have a positive attitude, patience, and good follow-through skills. • A valid Class D Driver’s License. • Clean driving record. (no major offenses in the past 3 years). • DOT card required. • Reliable transportation to work every day, on time and ready to work. • Must have working knowledge of English enough to read, write, speak, and understand oral and written information. • Must have good mechanical aptitude. • Ability to operate equipment safely. • Able to lift 50+ pounds frequently carrying objects. • Ability to work alone and efficiently. • Work overnight hours (typically). • Flexible hours. • Experience wanted/recommended but will train. Job Responsibilities: • Maintains sweeper exterior and interior. • Responsible for completing nightly scheduled route and paperwork. • Satisfying customer needs. • Responsible for reporting any necessary damage/repairs needed to foreman. • Dispose of sweeper debris in proper onsite area. • Reports to Operations Manager as needed.
