Get paid to learn a new trade and begin an exciting career in automotive reconditioning.  Responsibilities and Duties: Perform paintless dent repairs using trained techniques and various tools on our clients’ vehicles Travel to local dealerships to perform various paintless dent  services  Establish and maintain customer relationships Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company provided technologies Effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews   Work in a team environment Maintain provided company vehicle, tools, and additional equipment per company standards Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license Able to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time Successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening Must have good work ethic and strong customer service skills Must have the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary Attend mandatory Technician training at one of our training campuses (Charlotte) Paid salary during training Lodging provide (if not local) Company vehicle provided (if not local) Preferred Qualifications:  Post-High School training and/or education  At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detailing experience  At least one year of customer service experience Apply Here:
