Looking for roofer and helper crew for a reroof side job

Looking to hire workers to help me re-roof my house. The roof is 22 squares with an average pitch. Roof deck seems in good shape but hard to know for sure until its bare. I already have one experienced roofer, I'm looking for one more. I also need 2-3 helpers to assist me in removing old shingles and preparing the roof for install. I will oversee the job, provide all necessary materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing, ice and water, nails, etc) and work alongside helpers assisting the roofers. Responsibilities and requirements for each position: Roofer- *Must have own tools (air compressor is a plus but not necessary, I have one and can rent another) *Current or previous experience required. Willing to plan this job around your schedule. For example if this is a Side Job we can do it on a weekend. -You will be one of two people responsible for installing ice and water, tiger paw, flashing and asphalt shingles. -You will not be removing old shingles -Someone will be assigned to helping you (handing you shingles and so forth) Must be respectful! Want to maintain a relaxed no stress work environment, similar to working on a project with a few friends. -Pay is cash, negotiable, and comparable to journeyman wages by hour or day your choice. Text your desired hourly or daily pay. Helper- *Must be able to follow common sense safety procedures and directions from roofer. *No tools required *No experience require, experience walking on roof a plus. Roof pitch is pretty mellow but safety harness available if you let me know in advance.
