Express is currently seeking 3 or more people for a short-term position at the Port of Everett to assist with a construction clean-up project. The ideal candidate will be someone that has a TWIC card, is SUPER flexible, and has the ability to work either a day or evening shift as needed. The project can start as early as this week and can go up to three weeks or more.  This could turn into a long-term opportunity for the best fit. Construction Clean up Location: Port of Everett Duration: This position can go up to 3 weeks or more, depending upon the need. If this is a good match, the position could turn into a long-term opportunity! Pay: Day shift $20.00, Night Shift: $22.00 Shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:00 am. Working 5-7 days, just depending on the status of the project. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to: -Shoveling -Sweeping -Operating and using a 6-inch vacuum hose that is connected to a "suck truck" -Clean up dry and wet areas -Cleaning up cement dust -Utilizing hand and power tools -Working around machinery -May run air chipping guns that weigh up to 25 pounds, to help break up materials -Other general labor tasks as assigned How to be successful: -Candidate will need to have a valid and current TWIC card and be FIT tested -Have the flexibility to work on two different shifts as needed (day and evening) -Ability to work outdoors in the elements -Ability to use basic tools and equipment, as well as read a tape measure -Ability to stand for the entire shift -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed -Can wear a respirator Interested?
