Help Wanted: correct this bathroom sink plumbing job!

I wanted an exposed p-trap for our sink, but our plumber did a ROUGH job arranging the plumbing and water lines. I'll give you $100 cash if the following steps are completed: 1. Reconfigure the p-trap plumbing so the pipe goes directly into the wall (see example photo) 2. Move the water line knobs such that one knob is on each side of the p-trap 3. It looks good and presentable to my expectation Don't worry about breaking through more of the existing plasterboard. I'll be covering that up with black wood paneling you see after the job is done.
