Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Operate various hand tools and equipment including but not limited to picks, shovels, power tools, saws, hammers, and drills. •Perform site cleanup and maintain job site free of hazards. •May operate equipment including skid steers, forklifts, and light vehicles. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: •Experience in the construction or material handling industries is preferred. •Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. •Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given. •High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements: •Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative production standards. •Ability to work in constant exposure to outside elements, in all weather conditions. •Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. •Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and work in awkward positions and confined spaces. •Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. •Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.
