Hi, I’m looking for an inspector to take 50-75 photos and complete our provided status report on a mobile home in Collierville, TN at 11:30am tomorrow, Sunday March 14 2021. It’s a 16x76 1997 Fleetwood mobile home. I buy and sell mobile homes across the US and hire local inspectors like for this project often. We have two documents we will send you. One is the condition report, and the other is instructions on how to take photos and where to take them (inside, outside, underneath, etc.). It’ll be approximately 50-75 photos. You will need a phone that’s no more than 4 years old with a camera, as well as a 100ft tape measure and a ladder to take photos of the roof. We will pay you $250-$300 for the fully completed and returned status report and upon receipt of all requested photos. The job normally takes 1-1.5 hours at the home, not including printing out the two documents and familiarizing yourself with them. Please let me know if you would like to move forward.
