The Best Western Plus Carpinteria Inn is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Staff Member. The goal is to ensure our hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike. The Responsibilities are but not limited to: *Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards. *Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities. *Schedule PMs, Maintenance calls, etc. in a manner that does not disturb guests. *Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages) Basic knowledge in electric, plumbing, in room repairs required.
