The Crystal Clean Windows team provides exceptionally qualified and trained CrewTechs to each client it services both commercial and residential. We are hiring 4 Full Time positions to help continue the growth of our team and company to new levels of growth. These are year round positions. Will also consider Full-time during the summer and part-time during school year (if you are a college student) See us at CrystalCleanView.com Type of Clients: Commercial High-Rise to Ground level, Residential Type of Work Conducted: Window Cleaning, Power-Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Rope Access Services on Various Elevated Projects Areas of Service: Central Iowa and some areas beyond Qualifications: No previous experience needed, valid drivers, license, drug free, 18 years or older, clean background check (no felonies), ability to be trained to work at heights by various access equipment and tools, agility to perform production quickly and look good doing it. Our Methods of Training: We are highly capable team of professionals with an excellent track history of Work site Safety. We have an internal Certification program that each recruit will participate in: CrewTech Level 1, 2 and 3. **For those select recruits that are hired to participate in our Rope Access Services you will be trained and certified by SPRAT certified technicians (see: www.sprat.org ). It will also have the opportunity to earn your SPRAT certification Level 1 - 3. We are pleased to be the first Iowa Company to have SPRAT certified technicians. Compensation: Starting pay-scale is determined by your previous work history and experience in the fields in which you worked. If you have previous experience in either the window cleaning industry or rope access service industry it can be a plus but also are other industries were you are proven in. Start Rates: $13 - $17 per hour. Those with exceptional qualifications and can Apprentice to be Field Crew Chiefs can earn $16 - $25 per hour.
