Description
It's my guess that even with diminishing covid numbers, it will still be a year or so before loud live music will be permitted because people have to yell over it to communicate. So...
I'd like to meet one or two other players who'd like to work up a quiet set of whatever we sound good at. Just loud enough to be heard.
Me? I play guitar and can probably still sing. I like playing with just a bass player, but if you'll do your fair share of rhythm, another guitar player will do. Piano would be great, too.
I'm not looking for Deadheads, but it helps (me) if you have an appreciation of the Grateful Dead. Their approach to covers is very freeing. You know, "make it your own".
Oh, I'm gettin' old. Probably best if you are too. At first, let's just run through our old songbooks to see what we have in common. Then go from there. Keep in mind that we'll be playing quietly. Unplugged style. Probably without percussion. Probably little more for a p.a. than a Street Cube.
Please respond with some pertinent information. (Links)
