I have 2 female lovebirds. There isnt an immediate rush and I will only rehome them to someone who knows parrot behavior and care (these are not for kids or inexperienced people). I got them from someone who did not have time for them and have had them a couple years and worked some on their behavior but we are moving somewhere much colder in the future and I'd rather not stress them out with the move and weather change and figure that someone knowledgable with parrots would enjoy them and give them a good home. One is hand aggressive but has come around some and the other is hand shy. The 1st one also has a chronic eye injury from a previous cage mate at their 1st owners and occasionally has needed a vet to remove ingrown feathers or prescribe eye drops but most of the time it has not been an issue.
