Reward for Lost gray and white/ male cat Please help

This is Gatsby, he escaped outside on 3/8 and was playfully avoiding myself and my sister from picking him up. He has gotten out before but generally comes back for meal time so we left him for a short bit to enjoy outside and return on his own but he has not returned. We are hoping a good Samaritan took him in to save him from the cold, and are looking to reward them $20 for their help in saving our little guy. Here are some specifics: Roughly 13lbs Gray and white with white on his face from his eyebrows to chin. Mostly white chest with gray triangle in the middle. Light brown markings inside of his front legs. Strong strip markings on his tail.
