Andover Property Partners Management has an open position for a maintenance person at our various properties. This part time position guarantees work each week and very often requires additional hours when needed. The successful candidate will know with certainty that they will be earning extra money EVERY week. This position is ideal for someone who has retired, looking for part time work, possible full time in near future and looking to make steady extra income as it affords flexibility with your hours. Candidates must have a currant NYS drivers license, reliable vehicle, working knowledge of minor plumbing, basic carpentry, experience painting, occasional property clean up and snow removal.
