Brush Hog and Soil Tilling

The woods have encroached on a strip of my backyard and I am looking for someone with a brush hog or tractor to get the area back to bare earth so I can reseed. It is about 100ft x 10-12ft, with another section 50ft by 10-15ft. Mostly bushes and vines, a few small trees. There is another area of my yard that is all grass which I need tilled under to plant a flower garden. This is about 60 x40ft. There are some flask trees that I want to keep in this area so the tilling would need to be done carefully. I'm looking for bids right now. Can send pictures if necessary. Obviously, you will need to bring your own equipment.
