If this sounds like you and you have a good driving record, Coach Glass automotive has an opportunity for you as a night delivery driver. The opportunity: You will serve as an ambassador of our company making night deliveries of windshields and installation supplies based out of our Eugene service branch. You will also work occasionally in the warehouse as part of a dynamic team of professionals who strive to provide quality products, extraordinary service and great value, with a passion to do what's right. No CDL required and previous experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidate. Who we are: We are a home-grown Oregon company with two warehouses located in Eugene and Medford. Our inventory includes windshields for all types of automobiles as well as installation tools and shop supplies for the auto glass industry. You may also be familiar with one of our sister companies: Coach Glass, A-1 Auto Glass and RV Glass Solutions. Our corporate headquarters is located in Coburg, OR. What you'll do: You will perform a combination of duties that include preparing and staging windshields for delivery, accurately delivering products to customers, performing vehicle pre-inspections and basic daily maintenance actions, and adhere to safety practices for warehouse and delivery operations. You will examine product to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate defects and delivery exceptions effectively and immediately. About you You are: analytical, detail oriented, self-starter and have basic mathematical skills able to work independently with minimal direction a safe and courteous driver punctual and reliable a good communicator in both verbal and written form organized and always looking for ways to improve processes a team player who enjoys collaborating with management and co-workers one who prides yourself in providing top notch customer service capable of handling the physical aspects of driving and delivering product at night able to frequently load, unload, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 35 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. Your skills: Previous fork lift experience a plus but not required Basic computer skills Excellent sense of direction and ability to use multiple methods of navigation Requirements: Current driver's license and a clean driving record Must be able to Frequently lift up to 35lbs with occasional lifting up to 75lbs.
