Apply at All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for a fabrication assistant for a company located in the Springfield area. The individual will be assisting in fabrication with various projects in the shop. As a fabrication assistant you will work with fabrication leads to complete tasks. Duties and Responsibilities; - Work closely with the project lead to achieve production goals and develop strategies to remain within the materials and labor costs quoted for the job. - Assembly of various products (Wood, Metal, fabric) - Operates a safe work environment and keep area neat and orderly, with materials and tools organized for efficient space utilization. - Work with hand tools and machinery. - Drive box truck to pick up materials from local vendors.
