Remodeler needed for work

Eastlake OH
Description
Remodeler needed for work (NEO) compensation: Based on experience We are a small remodeling company which services Northeast Ohio, and we are looking to add 1-2 members to our team. We have a surplus of work, and need extra hands to get through. There is potential for a full-time, w-2 position if it’s a good fit, but will start off as a part-time w-2 position. Pay is based solely on experience and expertise, but may fall between $15-25 / hour. Use “CRS applicant” as subject line in email, or I will not reply. Some local traveling is required, so you must have a reliable vehicle that you will be able to use daily. We are based in a eastern suburb and work typically within 30 minutes of downtown Cleveland in cities like Willowick, Euclid, Mayfield Hts., Lakewood, but occasionally do travel to farther cities such as Macedonia, Solon, Seven Hills, and Brunswick. I do not tolerate, lying, stealing, or unprofessionalism, the first time I see or hear of such behavior will be the last, and you will not be welcome back on any job site. We do a lot of work for investors who flip houses, so having a wide knowledge of home remodeling is preferred. Aside from working with investors, we do a lot of kitchen and bathroom remodels for homeowners, as well as small miscellaneous jobs. Most of, but not all of the tasks we do are: demolition, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, painting, rough / finish carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical, windows / doors, various types of flooring. We don’t have enough work to keep one tradesman busy long term, so please don’t apply if you only specialize in one trade (except carpentry, we may be able to keep you busy). You must know how to do basic remodeling skills such as painting, measuring, and safe use of various hand / power tools, NO EXCEPTIONS. Ideal candidate: - Various forms of remodeling experience (not low-end handyman repairs) - Honest - Professional - Reliable - Owns a vehicle - Investing knowledge (not required, but preferred) If you believe you will be a good fit for the company, please reply with a resumé and brief description of who you are, and why you think you’d be an asset to the company. Thank you, Tom
