Join CycleBar & Drift Yoga for Rooftop Rides and a Cooldown Yoga Flow! We know that this year has taken a toll on everyone. Don’t lose sight of what you can control in the process. Exercise is crucial for strengthening your physical & mental health, and outdoor activity is the safest, most encouraged way to make this happen!
Join one of our outdoor rides & center yourself with on the mat with DRIFT.
Start with a interval packed rhythm-based ride keeps you working hard for 30 straight minutes! Jump off your bike and onto the mat to cool down and flow with DRIFT Yoga. In this flow you will flow gently, connect with your breath, work on mobility, and become grounded before you head out to enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Classes are held on the rooftop of Sitka Apartments.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting so we can help you get clipped in!
Masks required
You'll have a 10-minute transition from cycling class to yoga class.
WHAT TO BRING:Dont forget your water, towel and to maintain 6ft distance!
