After college, she launched into a partnership with her mother in a Bus Charter business that expanded to a multimillion-dollar enterprise. With years of experience operating and growing companies to multimillion-dollar revenue generators, Gini started her own company, Top Tier Travel, which has since become yet another multimillion-dollar success, creating one-of-a-kind incentives and experiences for tens of thousands of travelers in the corporate and network marketing space. Throughout her professional life, Gini has been sought after for her ability to find solutions and facilitate outcomes as if by magic. Brian Buscemi - The Hustle For a Living Consultant Growing up in the Midwest in a first-generation Sicilian-American family, Brian watched his aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins forge their own paths, try at businesses, fail at businesses, and pick up the pieces to move on to the next. He watched and learned, and found that there are a million ways to make money, but it takes something more to find and follow one’s dream and create more than just a job for oneself. Brian began creating businesses and revenue streams at the age of 11, when he created a large portfolio of Lawn Care clients, and paid other neighborhood boys to do the work, understanding that his time was his most valuable commodity. Throughout his adult life, Brian has launched several small businesses for himself and various clients, associates, and friends.
