Idaho Real Foods is hiring a Food Production Team Member in its Nampa, Idaho facility. Idaho Real Foods is the manufacturer for Teton Valley Brands - Idaho® Real Potato Chips. Responsibilities include: Working in a commercial food-grade facility washing, slicing, frying, inspecting, and packaging potatoes for potato chip consumption Work directly with owners to maximize efficiency of operations - your ideas will be heard and valued as a member of our small team Perform equipment set-up and adjustments in real-time Become skilled in operating all slicing, frying, inspecting, and packaging equipment Perform machine change over and clean-up efficiently Must be able to lift 50+ lbs multiple times daily Must be able to stand for majority of shift Hiring for first shift Monday-Friday potential overtime Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times No experience required Opportunity for quick advancement based on proven character, attitude, and work ethic
