SOLO MUSICIAN NEEDS REHEARSAL SPACE/SHARE $400

HEADBANGER MINISTRIES -DOOM-PROGRESIVE METAL-MUSICIAN-COMPOSER- Im a 54yr old tired and confused "self ordained" hell and damnation minister solo multi instrumentalist songwriter with multiple MIDI organ/pipe organs, electronic drum set, desk/monitor/DAW/INTERFACE, 18space rack for my gear, subwoofer, several guitars and amps. I need a place to write and record my ideas into my DAW. I live in Normal Heights (apartment) but cannot afford a full rehearsal room alone. I can help with a fairly good dollar figure as I have stable income. I've seen bands split between 2-4 bands and NOT INTERESTED in that. I prefer a just a few people and/or one band max. The more I can use the room the better. I also edit film projects for You Tube and editing are very time consuming so it has to have 24hr access to avoid time restriction pressures. I DONT smoke anything, seldom ever drink, and an ol Metal Head from the Hollywood thrash scene in LA (during the good days). I'm retired and getting older and all this Covid madness way of living is getting very depressing so I need to vent and write music in a healthy music environment and focus on music and film creativity. NOTE: I don't even have a car (Rent a U haul) so I'm in this for the long term unless I encounter a thief then Im' gone ASAP! NEED EXTRA INCOME? I will also need to hire tech help on and off if your interested-a REAL tech hardware geek (mixer setup/direct ins/outs... etc..etc.., MIDI geek, not just USB connection! I run LOGIC PRO X, tons of plug ins, SOUNDIRON, Native Instruments plug ins, and other MIDI stuff I need to set up but my head is about to explode from all tech and the "latency" demons living in my DAW!
