I do not have the dog, just providing her last known whereabouts. She was taking a nap on the sidewalk on the corner of Cecil and Jefferson in Delano. Then relocated to the Taco Factory parking lot. She’s very calm. Has what appears to be a pink collar with American flag? Hope she finds her home.
