GUITARIST for Tasteful Prog Rock Group

We need a guitarist who is fun live. Particularly, we need a rhythm guitarist, but don't be shy if you have lead guitar capabilities. We are really serious about what we do, so this is not a hang-out band. When we hold practices we expect your parts to be generally learned. We use practice time for fine-tuning. We need someone who can play in more than 4/4 time (because we use time sig's like 7/4). We don't care about age, sex, or anything, as long as you have the skill and have the capacity to commit time and effort to our music. Our music sounds mostly like a modern adaptation of 80's rock; sometimes it's funky, sometimes it stadium rock-esc, other time like hard rock/classic heavy metal. A couple more of our songs have more of a 70's feel than an 80's feel, though, but it's still fitting to our progressive essence and band sound! What you don't have to worry about: We won't rely on you to write parts for songs. Most of our stuff is already written anyway. We all gel so far because we're not dramatic or full of ourselves. We take care of all the practice/gig scheduling, social media, and everything else. Ask all the questions you want. We'll be happy to answer them.
