I am a small business owner, looking for a licensed plumber. I had a guy lined up, but then the freeze happened. If any one wants to take on a bigger job, please keep reading. I am converting a retail space into a commercial kitchen. This job will require a licensed plumber, and pulling permits with the City of San Antonio for the job. What to install 1. Handwashing sink 2. Three compartment sink (5 feet long) 3. Mop sink 4. Grease trap is required We are open to a configuration that requires the least amount of labor. We are purchasing the sinks.
