STAY AWAY FROM THISCOMPANY.......... This is a management company they're not Builders. The Quality of work is poor and over priced. I had them start to build a house and from the start of clearing of land, trees were left because the job was not supervised. They tried to bill me for extra tree removal. The house was not framed properly in corners, I had to place steel angle in the corners. I have cracks in the Slab inside and outside the house. I had to close a wall over the fireplace that was left open with concrete board. The Hardee Board siding was not nailed at all in many places. They put Vapor barrier insulation on Interior walls instead of the Outside walls. The Heating and A/C unit is Under rated for the size of the house. They REFUSE to give a Breakdown for Materials and Labor. This is a RED flag. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING. They were paid a 100 thousand and now they're saying we never paid them. Now I have to hire a LAWYER. I wish I never hired them. I know for a fact that a home that was built by them in Murrells Inlet has MOLD, all the new furniture had to be throw out. I have worked for over 30 years as a New York City carpenter on commercial building, Hospitals, and airports. I know when I'm being SCAMMED.
