Spotted: German Shepherd

This morning, about 7:10 AM, I spotted a German Shepherd in the area of Otero and the dog park between Eastmeadow and Westmeadow. Seemed to be friendly, began to approach my dog and I, and then just ran full speed in the direction of the school. I hope the owner sees this, and I hope you get your dog back. Sorry I couldn't provide more help.
