We are an established nation-wide staffing agency seeking Retail Merchandising Support Staff for a top convenience store brand. We are hiring temporary staff for assignments in the Tyler area, but currently interviewing only those who are available to work on Monday, March 22, 2021. Those who complete a successful first shift will be offered future assignments through our agency. Date/Time: March 22, 2021 – 8am-4:30pm 30 min unpaid meal break is included in that shift time for any shifts of 6 hours or more. Additional projects may be available throughout the year. Location: Tyler, TX Pay: $15/hr, W2, paid weekly via direct deposit. Minimum Qualifications: Experience in retail merchandising & reading planograms. Experience in convenience store and/or grocery merchandising preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Able to stand and bend down and work in small space for extended periods of time. Able/willing to work in refrigerated cooler areas and/or outdoors when needed. Duties: Serve as merchandising support for store openings and changeovers. Store may be open to the public. Take direction from on-site client and follow directions closely. Work at a steady pace and able to meet deadlines. Maintain schematic standards and integrity. Hang shelf signs, place coupons and assemble cardboard displays. Ensure appropriate signage is in place for all products. Cleaning of existing sections and fixtures.
