We are located in the Port of Tacoma tide flats. We currently have 3 spaces available. Each space offers a spacious 530 sqft (23’X23’). They are offered separately or can be rented together. You will also have access to many tools, including chop saw, plainer, jointer, sander, drill press, table saw, shaper, separate paint room with down draft, hand tools, and a freight elevator. (After training) Ideally, we would love to have additional artist renting the studio spaces that help create a dynamic creative space. A minimum 6-month lease agreement is required. Monthly rent will be $600.00, with a non-negotiable security deposit of $500.00. (This deposit may be refunded at the last month of your lease). This is a fun and creative environment. We only will accept like-minded people who bring positivity to this space. Seriously inquires only and will only be considered after answering our questions.
