The Lead Service Technician gives advice to both the customers and the office staff on specific jobs in addition to maintaining truck inventory and filling out needed daily service orders online. In addition, they supervise, provide leadership, and train up-and-coming Service Technicians as they together service our customers’ automatic pool cover needs. Due to the great amount of training required to perform well in this position, all hired individuals should be prepared to start as a technician in training and learn alongside more experienced lead technicians for several months.
