Laborer Hodge Western Corp. Hodge Western Corp. is a growing construction company in the Central Oregon area specializing in large volume, high production rock sawing and utility trenching. Large utility scale solar, water lines, sewer mains and other misc. excavations utilizing specialized excavation and backfill equipment are the focal point of our operation. We are seeking to fill positions within the company that will be a part of our continued success. Much of this work is throughout the Western United States, so travel is a component. Position- Laborer- • Must be motivated and have the ability to do labor intensive work for extended periods of time. Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently. • Excavation experience a bonus, but we will train the right person. • Good communication skills and punctuality a must. • Possess strong organization skills and the motivation to operate in a clean professional manner. Responsibilities- • Daily start-up procedures of equipment and jobsite. • Daily maintenance of equipment including greasing, cleaning of filters, fueling and cleaning of cab. • Conduct that represents the company in a safe and professional manner. • Ability to work 8 - 12 hours a day, 5 - 6 days a week.
