Bradley Walker Griffin, (GA Bar Association # 274715) ; and, Jay Scott Lazega, United States Attorney; and, Derek Wayne Johanson, United States Attorney; and, Each member having served as an extension and Officer of the Gwinnett County State Court and Olde Savannah Square Community Association Inc designated officers and Lazega & Johanson LLC in GA. having taken an Oath to support and defend the United States Constitution, did willfully and knowingly violate said oath in an open court of Law by failing to timely move to protect and defend the United States Constitution, that being a felony of perjury of their Oaths of Office.
