Multi-Family Apartment Housekeeper compensation: TBD employment type: full-time Some of the Responsibilities Include, But not limited to: •The Housekeeper reports to the Community Manager and receives direction and daily assignments from him/her. •Office •Clubhouse •Models •Laundry Rooms •Other Common Areas (help with grounds and/or vacuum landings as requested) •Life safety. Perform all work under safety procedures of the maintenance manual (i.e., protective gear such as gloves, shoes, eye shields, etc.). •Responsible for the cleanliness of all vacant units and receives priority of work to perform from the Community Manager •Responsible for all cleaning aspects of preparing the vacant unit including appliances, bathrooms, glass, etc. The unit is to be "sparkling clean" and ready for move-in when the Housekeeper is finished. •Tidies "ready" vacant units that have been ready for more than one week to dust, vacuum, and freshen up. •Responsible for the care and timely maintenance of all equipment entrusted to his/her care. •Maintains cleaning supplies and requests re-ordering of those supplies in a timely manner from the Community Manager •Maintain proper stock amounts within budget restraints, keep all MSDS sheets in order, and chemicals properly labeled. •A Housekeeper may be called upon to perform other duties as required by the Community ***Back Ground & Credit Check Required***
