Hi! *I'm looking for a small 2 bedroom home with a little bit of land surrounding it (not sandwiched into next door neighbors) that is 'livable' right away- BUT... A home requiring cosmetic work is okay, with owner financing option on the property. * Another option- A 2 family owner financing... (I would be one occupant) but upon agreement, I can also offer my own skills & experience to help rent the other family side-- I would be willing to take on property management responsibilities for you until I own it.
