I live in a 2bed 2bath (988sqft) apartment on the first floor. I have a roommate but I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease.
We only pay $1200 in rent plus utilities so about $650 each month. Roommate is a real cool dude. Mainly keeps to himself. 420 friendly but does not smoke in the apartment. That was my number one rule even though neither of us smokes nicotine or ganja.
If anyone is willing to take over my part of the lease until August 10th, when the lease is up, let me know. I am trying to move out April 16th. My roommate will be moving out at the end of the lease as well. So if you decide to remain in the apartment then you can. You will have it to yourself.
Rent totals to $1200 a month including water and sewage. Electricity is separate (averages to about $40-$50+ a month). The utilities are in my name but once I am out I'll be taking it out of my name so you will need to notify Huntsville utilities and put it in your name.
With that said, I have a King bed that you can have if you want it. It's an orthopedic memory foam mattress with a solid metal frame. It is too freaking large for me to take so I won't bother, I have only had it for a few months. I will also be leaving behind a pair of Black out curtains, a computer desk, and computer chair. Both in Like New condition. You will have your own bathroom and walk in closet.
Pet deposit is a one time fee of $300, if you have one, I have never had to pay it since I have an emotional support animal.
You must complete am application to be considered. I think it is about $50-$100, I don't remember.
The area is very clean, right down the road from providence, behind walmart, and walking distance to Publix.
