1. Assist: Start off assisting the property manager part time 20 vacation rental properties. 2. Train: If all goes well, we will train you to manage, full time on salary. 3. Manage: Once you master the job, take over as property manager, $7,000+ salary. Experience is not necessary but eagerness to learn is. You'll be out in the field visiting properties as well as at your home computer and phone messaging housekeepers and guests. >Oversee housekeepers (scheduling, communication, hiring) >Restock supplies to our various properties >Minor tasks/repairs (change light bulbs, door lock batteries, unclog sinks) >Guest communication (via phone, text, airbnb app) Must have car to drive to our properties in Little Italy, Old Town, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Chula Vista.
