Dog teeth cleaning

I'm looking for someone experienced in cleaning dogs teeth, non anesthetic. I used to get this done through Carter's Animal Hospital in Cathedral City, but they are no longer open during the pandemic. They charged $150. Village Park in La Quinta wants almost $1,000 for the anesthetic version. Is there anyone who travels, or who has a place I can bring my friendly little King Charles Spaniel for a reasonable fee?
