We are a busy Class A residential building contractor in need of additional subs. Independent handyman operations are an excellent fit for this. We get a lot of small jobs that we would be willing to subcontract. Other specialized subs are also needed including: Roofing Siding Flooring Plumbing Electrical Drywall/Plaster General Handyman Framing Masonry Fence Installers Please reply with a description of the type of work you want and we will reach out to discuss the opportunity more. This is not some internet lead generation company. I am a good contractor and will require good work from my subs. This is a great opportunity for a long and profitable relationship for the right candidates. Paid weekly via check, payment card, or direct deposit. Currently, I am only looking at work in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk. All subs must have a business license, own tools, and general liability insurance. Worker's comp preferred.
