All positions wanted, except for a bass player. One recently contacted me. This is going to a long ad, but its necessary to make sure that everyone who responds is on-board with what we're trying to do. Im reforming a down & dirty, Southern Swamp Rock & Roll Band called Polk Salad Annie, but with the trying times we're living in at the moment, its not gonna be easy, but, with 40 great songs to learn, this Covid down-time will give us the time we need to learn and polish the songs we're gonna do. If youre interested in PLAYING THESE 40 SONGS LISTED BELOW, and you can play your instrument well, and hopefully be able to sing back-ups, I hope to hear from you. I'll hire all of the people for the band, I'll show up to every practice, prepared, I'll book all of our gigs, speak with the managers, negotiate our pay, and make sure we get paid after every show. Should somene quit the band, I'll put out the ads to replace them, and schedule them for auditions until we get a suitable replacement. Im a pretty damn good singer and a damn good frontman, and a reliable, experienced leader and manager for the band, setting everything up for us throughout the year.. any help you could give as far as setting up gigs, parties etc would be much appreciated... Let me assure you, these songs are a hit with audiences, and make for a great, enjoyable, memorable show. We will be asked back by every club we play, I gaurantee it from past experience.
