Lozier Environmental Consulting Inc., located in Rochester, NY, has an opening for a position of an Asbestos Air Sampling Technician in the Colonie/Albany area. We are seeking an individual who works well in a team environment and can complete projects on their own. The individual must be reliable, well organized, professional, and able to work with commercial contractors. A valid drivers license in good standing, a reliable vehicle (car or truck), and current automobile insurance are all required. Entry level training for the NYS Department of Labor certification will be provided for the right person. However, experienced, certified individuals for Air Sampling are encouraged to apply. Lozier will provide on-site training, safety, and sampling equipment necessary to set up asbestos air monitoring for this particular project. This is a full time hourly position. Pay Most work for this job is scheduled for Monday through Friday day shifts. Early days, late nights, night shift, and weekends may be required occasionally. Occasional travel in the Capital & Hudson Valley Region.
