Let's get back into shape with this beautiful 5-ish mile run! Join me on this beautiful run from Marina del Rey to Playa Vista Beach (and back)! This totals to a little over 5-miles. As a former long-distance runner myself, I admit that I have been out of the game for a few years now, but now I want to start getting back into it! Whether you want to do a slow jog, walk, prepare for a marathon in the future or run fast, it's completely up to YOU. This is NOT a race, but a way to get back into the cardio game. We will keep our distance and we must practice 8-feet distance minimum if we don't wear a mask. Afterward, we can chat and head home.
