Warehouse Assistant Needed for fast-paced HVAC/R contractor The main function of this role is to stage properly all HVAC residential change out equipment in a fast paced environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a strict schedule for our install teams. Additional requirements are as follows: • Responsible for ordering equipment from our vendors for residential HVAC change-outs • Organizes all HVAC equipment and staging for that days jobs. • Must be available for opening shift of 6:30am-3:30pm M-F with a rotating Saturday shift once a month • Responsible for inventory management • Maintain restock orders for Installation department and ensure timely delivery to trucks daily • Key holder responsible for opening/closing and alarm setting • Create supply bins and ensure the orderly restocking of supplies • Responsible for unloading and stocking warehouse • Ensure warehouse remains clean, break down boxes, trash removal, blowing and grounds maintenance as needed • Receive deliveries Requirements: • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment • Must be able to lift 75 pounds and utilize a safe Team Lift process when necessary • Past HVAC experience is required, as well as a solid knowledge of HVAC parts and supplies • Previous HVAC Installation experience is preferred • Must have experience with computers, online ordering platforms, MS Office and some form of inventory/job management software experience • Must be mechanically sound and able to spot issues and repair equipment • Able to provide verifiable references • Must possess a clean driving records and pass background/motor vehicle background report (if you do not have an excellent motor vehicle report please do not apply) If you are passionate about heling customers and having a successful long term career – we want to hear from YOU!
