Custom Landscape Company is Hiring We are not a lawn mowing company, nor a tree service. We provide customized and individual services to current and new customers, and provide service that lawn companies do not. Every day is a new job, a new service, a new opportunity to deliver top notch services that others ignore. While we are not a personal gardener, we are close to that, solving many landscape problems, with superior problem solving skills and superior quality of work. As well, we are primarily a landscape design and renovation company, with landscaping renovation and upkeep being our primary source of work. Potential candidates for these positions must have the following qualifications: -Excellent customer service skills, with ability to talk to customers and neighbors, if needed, to get the job done to their and my satisfaction -Ability to respect the business, and to recognize that the company pays the check, and oogling bypassing cars and using the F word all day long diminishes the value of the company, and ability to get more customers, for future work and paychecks. And, I can't stand spitting out of the window, when in my work truck. -Recognizing that Sleeping in the truck on the way to a job, or after a job, is unacceptable -Reliability is important, to show up for work everyday, Mon-Fri, 7:30, 40 hours a week, no weekend work -Knowledge of landscaping techniques, such as installing plants, mulching, laying sod or rock, etc. -Lighting and irrigation knowledge is a plus -Basic plant care knowledge is a plus -Basic use of 2 cycle equipment such as blowers, chain saws, trimmers, weed eater, etc. No ladder work. -Respect for the boss, customers, and other workers, to aim towards a decent and fair working environment -No hard drugs or alcoholics, and if you smoke in the morning and can't do the job, you won't last long. I personally can't stand pot smokers that come high to work, but it will show in your work, which is why I am posting this ad today. I am sick and tired of pot smoking and high workers, and drunken hungover workers that are doing shoddy work on my jobs, and leaving my tools behind on jobs, lost forever as they can't remember where they left them. I run a good company, with fair pay and reasonable hours. My customers love me, and with that, they love my employees when they do a good job, and often provide tips. When you reply to this add, please provide some information as to your past experiences, and why you think that you would be a good fit for my company. I am willing to train the right person, if you can tell me why you are worth my time to train you.
