HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. The female beagle is around 2 to 3 years old and described as "high energy." "Parker" was found near West Rock Park near Park Street, according to the animal control. Anyone with information is asked to call Animal Control Officer Smith at 203-230-4080.
