We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team full time!  FixBuild, LLC works with many different property management companies and maintenance coordinators on a daily basis. Our workload has been increasing so we are looking to grow our team. If you are an experienced cleaner looking for full-time work please contact us today!  Responsibilities: Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, Strip & Waxing the floors. Shampooing Carpets and Rugs. Move out cleaning, After Construction Cleanings, Wipe downs, Itemized cleanings, Light Cleanings.  Clean Windows, Light fixtures, screens, appliances (inside and out). Haul away items as needed.  Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment. ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning (1-year minimum). Must have a valid Drivers License.  Must be presentable (can wear comfortable clothing but must be presentable).  Must have at least 1 Business Reference.  Ability to handle physical workload Attention to detail. Extras: Health Care Benefits available after 4 consecutive weeks (more than 20 hours a week)  Paid Bi-weekly. Car provided for work hours only (has all the supplies in it). Reimbursement for Gas if you use your own car.  Great starting pay rate.
