Hello Married couple/Busy Professionals in Harvard MA Is looking for a part-time household manager that is also like a personal assistant that will be able and willing to do: laundry, housekeeping/house-cleaning, daily tidying up, dishes, grocery shop, specialty shopping like wine store fruit etc. Will need help with light cooking and/or food prep too. Misc errands in town, hardware store pharmacy, dry cleaning, take art to the framer, meet with vendors, service providers; Basically be the house manager/ liaison. Couple is moving in June – but before then will need help with the moving and packing transition from Charlestown area out to Harvard, MA area JUST for the next 1-2 months. MUST be willing to commute at least a few times a week temporarily to Charlestown (near Cambridge, Somerville, Boston) Will need help with packing, unpacking, meeting vendors or letting in service provider appointments, accepting deliveries, meeting utilities, etc When things settled into a routine in Harvard MA some days will be 1 to 2 hours a day, some days 3 to 4 hours a day - not a set schedule, and you can make your own hours. Monday through Friday $25-$35 per hour is commensurate with expertise and experience and work background. Hopefully looking for someone that can grow together and evolve together as time goes on to meet their needs and anticipate their needs as well. Self starter, fast learner, listener – they will not micro manage you, looking for someone who can work independently, get things done, and eventually there could be room for more hours, like some administrative home office help.
