The power of self love is a free workshop sponsor by the City Of Charlotte Jumpstart grant . The workshop is to heal, educate, and empower. Workshop Outcomes: 1. Understanding what their strengths are. 2. Learn the knowledge from the workshop that is built on personal strength, mental strength, and a healthy way thinking about short and long term goals for building character. 3. Educating them on the importance to imply the strengths to everyday life. 4. Understanding the importance of self-love and care. 5. Understanding the importance of creating a plan to follow through the task. We will discuss short and long term goals for the students to know the difference between the two. 6. Understanding the meaning of transformation and growth from with. Why mental health plays a factor in everyday life. The workshop will be a great opportunity for the youth because it will teach the students hands-on experience learning how to be prepared for the world and getting ahead in life with a plan. The workshop will challenge the students and parents mentally and give them a sense of self identifies. The students and parents will walk away with the confidence to love themselves and find creative ways to express themselves creatively. Everyone will take away the learning experience on following through responsibilities. The objective is to educate the students into challenging them to think outside the box on the possible future they will have as leaders.
