What you plant, will grow! Soundscape Experience, Sat. April 17th 2-3:30PM It’s Spring! Let’s celebrate. Any successful person, athlete to rock star will tell you there is nothing more powerful than visualizing your goal. Add music, sounds and verbal guidance to go to the next level. The soundscape experience will include all kinds of special sounds (live and recorded) and guided imagery to help you visualize the stages of planting something: exploring the site, finding the plot, digging, placing seeds in the ground, watering, waiting with patience for the bloom. Everyone will be invited to set a specific intention about what they want to “grow” in the new season, then practice internally as the sounds of percussion, gongs, bowls, and more help you bring your ideas onto more solid ground. Each guest will receive a small planter with seeds to take home for continued practice. - Space is limited, must pre-register to attend - $35 for one, $55 for two Led by AmyLynn Dimaano, Music Therapist
